“I had been terrified of public speaking. I couldn’t do it” billionaire Warren Buffett admits in the HBO documentary, “Becoming Warren Buffett“. Buffett conquered his nerves by enrolling in a public speaking course and it changed his life.

Girl’s Dad Shaves His Head to Prove that there is Beauty and Love with Alopecia too

Riley’s dad, Dave, asks her why she feels bad about herself.
“How come you say things like that?” he asks her. “You shouldn’t say things like that, kiddo. You’re a very special girl. Do you know that? Do you know how special you are? … Hair doesn’t matter. I know you would like to have hair … but I love you the same no matter what. And so does Mommy. And so does everybody else.”
Dave asks Riley if she wants him to shave his head. She nods, smiling, and the two proceed to the bathroom to shave Dave’ head together.
“It’s just hair, kiddo. It doesn’t matter,” he tells her again.
Riley’s... Continue reading

Makeup artist Raychel Newton posted a makeup tutorial on how to use food as makeup as part of her makeup_maven Instagram #facefulloffoodchallenge – useful if you run out of makeup, are allergic to makeup, want some organic makeup or makeup that you can eat, or want to try something new. 🙂
Newton uses cacao powder to darken her eyebrows, and other products including butter, honey, mac ‘n cheese powder, lucuma powder and flour for above her eyes and on her cheeks. She uses a Snickers bar to contour her face (gross?!).

Watch the ABC Night line video here.
“Hi everybody. My name is George. I didn’t speak until I was almost three years old. In fact, my parents weren’t sure if I would ever speak at all. Most of the time, I can make eye contact with you when you speak to me. That wasn’t always the case. Like a lot of other kids with autism, I might not have been looking, but that didn’t mean that I wasn’t listening. Speaking of listening, I can hear and see a lot of things and... Continue reading
Deaf little boy feels the magic when Pluto, Minnie, and Mickey communicate in sign language
Language is one of the greatest tools with the power to connect and to feel connected. One little boy in Disneyland felt the love when the Disney characters spoke to him in his own language:
Mickey and Minnie Mouse kneeled down to the small child to sign “It’s nice to meet” and “I love you,” which prompted him to give them each big hugs.
